Food is our body’s fuel. What is consumed (or not), especially in the mornings is something to seriously consider as a small but important step for getting healthy eating back on track.
With the summer soon coming to an end, so comes a shift in schedules for many including students, educators, and those whose day-to-day routine will be changing. You may find yourself having less time for leisure activities with increased demands in responsibilities.
Advocating involves speaking up. There are many ways to advocate for change. I really enjoy the visual model of the social change wheel as it illustrates that there are multiple ways to work towards social change.
Speaking up for yourself can be challenging at times, especially if you are not exactly sure what you want or need from your relationship. A good starting point is checking in with what you are thinking and feeling.
