Existing client requests will typically be honored based on the response received from the portal (via email) and will not require a follow up call.
New client requests will have the time & date of their request honored if possible but will sometimes have their provider adjusted based on availability to take new clients – we will always call new clients to confirm their first appointment and ensure clinician fit as well as basic coverage details, if you miss this call please return it as soon as possible at 612-223-8898 and press 1. Otherwise, the assigned clinician will be waiting for you at the time of appointment. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
