The number of people who recently quit their job within the last 3-months [August 2021] was estimated to be 20% higher than those who resigned in August 2019 and 40% higher than those who ended their jobs in August 2021. Relational problems associated with family upbringing or one’s primary support group are common stressors that come up in therapy, especially for those seeking strategies and support around conflict-resolution.
