We all struggle at some points in life, and therapy can benefit anybody who is needing extra support.
I believe in client-centered treatment, meaning you are the expert on your own life. I will validate, listen, and hold a safe, non-judgmental, and comfortable space for you to process your thoughts and emotions. We will work together to explore what your goals are and how you want to get there so you can live a more fulfilling and balanced life.
Everybody is deserving of love, safety, connection, respect, joy, and feeling understood. I believe a good therapeutic relationship is key for a quality therapeutic experience, and I will strive to meet you where you are. Life won’t always be easy, but you don’t have to go through the hard parts alone. Having someone to walk alongside you is a vital part of healing, and I am here to do just that.
I have experience working with a range of ages, from six years old through sixty years old. I enjoy working with young adults as well as those struggling with communication issues and romantic relationships.
