Hello! I’m so glad you’re taking the first step to better your mental health! Whether you are looking for someone to listen to you and help you process or want to have a more “directive” therapist with a skills-based approach, I’ll be with you every step of the way! It’s YOUR time.
My therapeutic approach is integrative. I use elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Relational Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing while grounding in a Strengths-Based and Trauma-Informed approach. As I listen to your story and what brings you here, I will tailor my approach to what will best meet your needs. In my practice, I work with adults, couples, children, and families. I have a special interest in working with individuals that struggle with anxiety, depression, adjustment/life changes, time management, and self-esteem. I aim to provide you with helpful tools that you can carry with you after leaving the therapy space.
When I’m not at CARE, I enjoy spending time with my husband, friends and family. I love going to movies, hosting events, cooking, doing yoga, trying out new restaurants and playing with my sweet mini goldendoodle.
I offer both in-person and telehealth services.
I can’t wait to meet you soon!
