Bri Lundgren

Hello, my name is Brianna and I’m so happy you are here 🙂

Whether this is your first or hundredth time in therapy, I aim to meet you where you are at and create a space where you feel validated and supported. Everyone has a story that brings in a unique perspective and contributes to who they are. I am here to listen to your story, see through your lens and work with you to use your strengths to meet your goals.

I have experience providing therapy to children with ASD and working with their families to generalize skills to the home environment. I have provided case management services to adults and families. I also have experience mentoring students and helping them with professional development, time management and stress management.

My therapeutic approach is integrative. I use elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Relational Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, while grounding in a Strengths-Based approach. As I listen to your story and what brings you here, I will tailor my approach to what will best meet your needs. In my practice I work with individuals, couples and families. I have a special interest in working with the following groups: children who are neurodiverse, adolescents and young adults experiencing anxiety, specifically around family dynamics and life transitions. Whether you are looking for someone to listen and help you process or want to sit down and create a structured plan to meet your needs, I’ll be with you every step of the way! It’s YOUR time.

When I’m not at CARE, I enjoy spending time with my husband, friends and family. I love going to movies, hosting events, cooking, doing yoga, trying out new restaurants and playing with my sweet mini goldendoodle.
