Throughout our lives, we’re constantly experiencing turbulence of changes that can involve a lot of stress and uncertainty. Whether it is navigating changes in a relationship, exploring new parts of your identity, or more, you don’t have to do it alone. As a counselor, I can accompany you along the way by providing a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive space for you to be your true, authentic self and express your inner thoughts, feelings, and experiences. In our collaborative journey together, I am committed to understanding your unique story, goals, and concerns so you are being seen and heard. I work with older adolescents and adults to discover patterns learned over time so that together, we can find solutions uniquely personalized to what you are going through. Additionally, I speak Chinese and can provide services in Mandarin, Cantonese, English, or a combination of both.
