MSW, LICSW
Welcome to therapy! It is not easy to take this step to learn more about yourself emotionally and mentally, but I am committed to helping you along the journey. There are different roles you may have in this world and many of them can be challenging and stressful. Seeking help is both vulnerable and encouraging as you commit to a path of well-being. Whether that help is with your relationship, life transitions, family, parenting, or yourself I am here to help you make sense of it all.
I am passionate about helping adults & couples navigate mental health concerns and life stressors including family dynamics, co-parenting, sexual health, intimacy, self-worth, and attachment. I work with couples to build communication skills and bring true intentions to light and with individuals seeking to learn more about their pasts and futures. My style is client-centered, relational and experimental which allows you to participate in learning what it is you need. I use trauma informed, psychodynamic and Emotion-Focused approaches when working with individuals and couples. I have experience working with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and a variety of mental health concerns. I am also a trained Accelerated Resolution Therapist working with First Responders and other Post-Traumatic Stress related diagnosis.
I am a parent and a partner myself navigating this life through many challenges just like you. We are all unique and authentic and my job is to meet you where you’re at and find an approach that fits with your journey. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental healing space where you feel heard, validated, and comfortable. I value building a relationship that is both accepting and productive in meeting your goals to feel better as your whole self.
