Anna Goldsmith, MSW

Welcome! Thank you for taking this time to learn about yourself emotionally and mentally. There are different roles you may have in this world and many of them can be challenging and stressful. Seeking help is both vulnerable and beautiful and shows true commitment to a path of wellbeing. Whether that help is with your relationship, your adolescent, your family, or yourself I am here to help you make sense of it all.

I am passionate about helping families, teens and couples with communication and working towards bringing our true intentions to light. I have experience working through past traumas, anxiety, depression, and a variety of mental health concerns.

We are all unique and authentic and my job is to meet you where you’re at and find an approach that fits with your journey.

My goal is to provide a non-judgmental healing space where you feel heard, validated, and comfortable.

I value building a relationship that is both accepting and productive in meeting your goals to feeling better as your whole self.
