Life is difficult. Change is the only constant in life. There have been many changes to our community, to families, and individuals, which impact us all.
The adolescent years are a challenge. Being a parent to an adolescent is a challenge. Owning privilege is a challenge. Trying to choose what is for dinner is a challenge. And sometimes, choosing life is the challenge.
Change requires skills to navigate and the ability to adapt and persevere. It takes courage and vulnerability to seek out a person to help with change.
Therapy is a sacred space. The space you go when you are at your most vulnerable. Trust is not easy and takes time. I work alongside my clients to build that trust in order to navigate life. I work with families, adolescents, and adults in overcoming the struggles of life’s difficulties.
Together we can explore coping skills, communication strategies, and processes that work for you.
