Hello and welcome! Asking for help, guidance, or support can be uncomfortable. You’ve made it this far, and I’m here to help. Finding connection and meaning isn’t always easy, and seeking out therapy can help you clear a path to making those connections. I’m glad you are here. My goal is to make sure you are feeling safe and ready to work on your journey and assist you on landing where you want to be.
I am a Master’s student in Social Work at Minnesota State University, Mankato. I started my professional career working with survivors of domestic violence, and continued on to work as a case manager in employment and training programs, and then with adults who were reentering their communities after incarceration. I love working with children, adolescents, and adults and have experience working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety and depression.
In my free time I am enjoying spending time with my husband and two children. We love to be outside biking, hiking, or playing hot wheels on the sidewalk. I love to bake, go on long runs, listen to spooky podcasts, and listen to music.
