Reaching out for help is a huge first step, so congratulations! As a mental health practitioner, I focus on creating a comfortable environment to process your past and present challenges. I am passionate about helping people realize their true strength within themselves at their own pace. We all are a part of differing systems that affect our overall well-being, My role as your therapist is to aid you in deciding how you want to show up and participate in those systems in a new and healthier way. My background is in working with young people and their families who experience depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar, and ASD.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Youth Studies from the School of Social Work at the U of M. I am currently working towards my licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I enjoy being in nature, reading, and bike riding in my free time.
