I believe everyone is the expert in their own experience, and my role is to walk with you on your journey of self discovery and change. I work with individuals 18 and older experiencing a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, relationship challenges and issues of self esteem. My approach to therapy is person-centered, and systems theory informed. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths Based Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness in my practice.
