The journey to healing and self-discovery is one of strength, courage, curiosity, and recovery. Humans are complex beings that are filled with thoughts, emotions, and behaviors formed over a lifetime. My approach to therapy creates a safe space to explore self through one’s experiences and narratives. Our story is the basis of who we are and how we operate. I will create a place where you can share your story and be met with safety, care, and compassion. Therapy is a place for vulnerability to blossom.
I use a combination of narrative/person-centered therapy, using various modalities such as DBT, CBT, trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness, and exposure therapy. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, substance abuse, sexual abuse, life transitions, loss, and sexual/gender identity. My goal is to help you in the healing and self-discovery process. I am open and passionate about the mental health field and believe in the therapeutic process. I work with a diverse population that includes, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, immigrants, and everyone in between!
I enjoy horror movies, Fall, and nature 🙂 I’m excited to get started with you on your journey!
