Hello! In the words of Brene Brown, “vulnerability is not weakness; it’s our most accurate measure of courage.” Starting your mental health journey is often a huge step and I am here to offer a safe space to begin this journey. My approach to therapy is person-centered, allowing you to set the pace of our sessions, while also utilizing DBT, CBT, and mindfulness practices within the therapeutic space. I like to work with my clients in creating a collaborative and trusting space where we can work together towards meeting your therapeutic goals. I believe in meeting my clients where they are in order to create a non-judgmental space where growth and change can thrive.
I work with individuals 18 and older and have experience working with a wide range of presenting concerns, some of which are depression, anxiety, life transitions, and working with folks who identify as neurodivergent. I have 3.5 years experience of conducting DBT groups and love to incorporate the knowledge of these coping skills into the therapeutic space.
Outside of work, I love to spend time with my family and friends, read, and travel!
