Hello! I am so thankful to be part of this journey in therapy with you. My role is to create a safe space free of judgment to help you overcome barriers to living the life you want to live. My favorite part of being a therapist is helping clients problem-solve difficult situations, increase self-awareness, exercise boundaries, and learn new coping strategies to practice outside of sessions. As a therapist, I use a strengths-based and solution-focused approach and incorporate ACT, CBT, and DBT in my work with clients. I work with individuals 12+. Issues I am experienced with addressing are anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, trauma, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and substance abuse disorders. I am committed to providing a warm and supportive environment to those with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Outside of work, I love spending time with family, camping, enjoying a cup of coffee or tea, and listening to True Crime podcasts.
