“Nobody can go back and make a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending” – Maria Robinson
Therapy is a sacred, safe space. My goal is for you to always feel supported and to feel comfortable showing up authentically in therapy. Life can be so beautiful at times, and so incredibly painful and challenging at other times. I am a licensed clinical counselor with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and find a path towards healing and self-discovery. My journey in the field of therapy has been deeply rewarding, and I am committed to providing a safe and nurturing space where my clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My therapeutic approach is rooted in client-centered therapy, mindfulness, and narrative therapy. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which is an amazing tool to use for grief/loss, trauma, and other issues. I believe in tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Through empathetic listening and collaboration, I assist individuals in gaining insight, developing coping strategies, and fostering personal growth. I specialize in working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. Together, we will work collaboratively to identify goals and develop strategies for change.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy traveling, reading, and walking around nearby lakes. I am looking forward to meeting you!
