Therapy with me is a mix of depth, curiosity, nervous system science—and the occasional well-timed meme or TikTok reference. I work with teens and adults navigating attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, eating disorders, and women’s issues. My ideal client is someone who’s ready for change, even if they’re not quite sure what that looks like yet. If you’re motivated to heal, open to self-reflection, and want a strong, authentic therapeutic relationship—you’ll likely feel at home here.
I bring a trauma-informed, integrative lens to our work, combining Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodynamic insight, and Person-Centered practice. Translation: we’ll look at how your body, your inner parts, and your past experiences all influence how you show up today—without judgment, and at your pace.
You don’t have to be “good at therapy” or know all the right words. You just have to be willing to show up—and maybe laugh a little along the way. I believe healing happens when you feel seen, safe, and connected… and when there’s space for both serious work and some genuine, human moments.
If that sounds like what you’re looking for, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
