Katie Olsen specializes in substance use, life transitions, and anxiety/depression. She strives to create an atmosphere that feels genuine, warm and safe, where clients can laugh, reflect, and be themselves. Katie is passionate about helping people remember they are not alone in their struggles and believes that even in the hardest moments, growth and healing are possible. Her approach is grounded din person-centered, therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and internal family systems, helping individual understand their inner parts and build self-compassion. Katie works with individual facing anxiety, depression trauma and substance use. She believes laughter can be a healing as insight, which might explain her appreciation for bad puns. When not in session, Katie enjoys a good cup of coffee and spending time with family.
