Have you found yourself struggling with things you thought you’d already dealt with? Maybe a major life change, relationship, career shift, or becoming a parent has uncovered patterns you didn’t realize were still affecting you? Sometimes it takes a significant life transition to reveal what we’ve been carrying all along. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
When life feels difficult, having the right support can help you find your footing. I work alongside clients to explore emotions, identify patterns, and build practical strategies for overcoming challenges. Together, we can create a path toward healing, personal growth, and lasting change.
My strengths include supporting people of all genders as they navigate grief, anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, concerns related to sexuality, life transitions, and changing relationships.
My approach is informed through Person-Centered Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. As well as Feminist Therapy, and Relational Cultural Therapy. I take a holistic approach that considers how past experiences, culture, society, and important relationships shape who we are today.
Wherever you are in your journey, I look forward to working with you.
