I approach therapy as a collaborative process grounded in person-centered, emotion-focused, feminist and relational perspectives. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to support you in deepening self-understanding and creating meaningful change.
I have experience supporting individuals healing from sexual violence, coping with grief and loss, navigating life transitions, sexual health and wellness and exploring identity. I enjoy working with clients with a wide range of needs.
I have a particular interest in life transitions especially in young adulthood and enjoy working with all genders as they navigate identity, relationships, and change. I’m committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space for people from diverse backgrounds and identities, where you can feel safe, understood, and supported.
When I’m not practicing therapy, I enjoy spending time outdoors, cuddling with my cat, and attending live music. I look forward to working with you.
