My clinical interests include presenting concerns such as anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship concerns, adjustment difficulties, emotional processing, identity exploration, grief/loss, and trauma. I use a client-centered approach in therapy informed by relational-cultural theory, CBT, and DBT. I believe it is necessary to consider cultural context and aim to provide a multicultural lens and the acknowledgment that the systems that we function within influence mental health well-being. My goal in therapy is to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where we can collaboratively work towards your goals. My research and clinical interests are influenced by my identities as a second generation immigrant and first-generation student. In my free time I enjoy live music and traveling.
