I would love to be a part of your therapy journey and help with the exploration of yourself. I believe therapy is an individual process that I can help facilitate.
My personal approach to therapy is person-centered and informed by evidence-based practices such as CBT and a background in behavioral therapy. I want to aim to provide individualized therapy that meets each client’s specific needs. I would like to work with adults of a variety of populations and diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, neurodivergence, and life changes.
I have experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and behavioral therapy techniques, and I would like to expand my client population and modalities. I graduated with my B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies from Iowa State University. I am currently working towards completing my M.A. in Counseling Psychology at the University of St. Thomas, and I am completing my practicum under the supervision of a Licensed Psychologist.
I am originally from Minnesota, and outside of work I enjoy reading books, playing pickleball, and exploring the Twin Cities.
