Welcome! Taking the step to start therapy, whether for the first time or returning, shows incredible courage. Our lives are made up of unique, complex stories, and every chapter—chosen or unchosen—can impact our mental health. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore these experiences and will partner with you to create a treatment plan that honors your values and needs.
My approach is primarily relational, focusing on the healing nature of a strong therapeutic relationship. I have experience working with children (ages 6 and up), teens, and adults navigating a variety of concerns, including: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, low self-esteem, life transitions, identity exploration, family dynamics, relationships, and neurodivergence (autism, ADHD, sensory-processing differences, etc.).
I tailor therapeutic modalities to your unique needs, which may include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
When I’m not in session, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, being in nature, listening to music, and cuddling with my animal companions. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey toward healing and growth.
