“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do” – Brene Brown
No matter what stage you may be at within the therapeutic process, it is my mission to provide you with a safe and accepting atmosphere where you feel free to be your most authentic self. I desire to ensure that every person I serve recognizes their inherent worth and dignity. My theoretical approach combines existential therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and person-centered therapy. I will guide you towards recognizing and honoring your authenticity, empowering you to be the agent of change in your life, and helping you realize that you have the power to shape your mind to create the most fulfilling life possible for yourself. I work with individuals in their teens to adulthood who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADD/ADHD, familial struggles, struggles with self-confidence, and transitional difficulties. When you are working with me, I want you to feel respected, valued, and understood, as I believe that this is when true therapy occurs. In my free time, I enjoy reading, going on walks, binging TV shows, or hanging out with my cat, Frankie. I look forward to working with you!
