Hello and welcome—I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Chyenne (she/her), and I believe that even when life feels overwhelming, there can still be opportunities for growth, healing, and moments of joy. As a therapist, I take a client-centered approach because I believe you are the expert on your own life and experiences. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support and tools as we navigate life’s challenges together. Creating a comfortable, healing, and nonjudgmental space is at the heart of my work. I strive to meet each person with empathy, authenticity, and compassion so that you can feel safe being yourself and exploring what matters most to you.
I am passionate about helping individuals work through relationship concerns, personal growth, emotional expression, and trauma. I also have a special interest in supporting Asian American, Pacific Islander (AAPI), and other people of color (POC) as they explore bicultural identity, cultural expectations, family dynamics, belonging, and the unique experiences of navigating multiple cultural worlds. I am committed to providing culturally responsive care that honors your identity and background.
In addition to my clinical work, I am currently pursuing my Doctor of Psychology (PsyD), which continues to deepen my understanding of evidence-based practices and the many ways people grow, heal, and thrive. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
