I aim to create a collaborative and supportive environment for the people I serve in order to help them reach their mental health goals. I believe that people can grow, heal, and respond to life’s challenges through gaining insight into their inner lives, past experiences, and values. I’ve worked in the mental health field for the last seven years and have training in Psychodynamic psychotherapy. Currently, I’m pursuing a PsyD degree in Counseling Psychology at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
