“Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.” – Brené Brown
I was drawn to counseling because I love providing a safe, non-judgmental space for healing, growth, and emotional processing. I provide person-centered, trauma-informed counseling rooted in feminist and relational-cultural theories, which means I see you as the expert of your own life, honor your pace, and recognize how identity, relationships, and systems shape your well-being. Together, we’ll create a collaborative, compassionate space to explore both your inner world and the larger world you live in.
I have experience supporting individuals healing from sexual violence, coping with grief and loss, navigating life transitions, and exploring identity. I am open to working with clients with a wide range of needs.
I work with individuals aged 15 and older, with a particular interest in supporting young adults. I am passionate about my work and welcome the opportunity to collaborate with clients from diverse backgrounds and identities.
I am currently working toward my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at St. Cloud State University. When I’m not practicing therapy, I enjoy spending time outdoors, cuddling with my cat, and going to live music. I look forward to meeting and working with you.
