No matter what you are going through, seeking support can be intimidating. I am so glad that you are taking the steps to get help! I aim to provide a safe, supportive, and validating space where you can show up just as you are. I currently see a wide range of clients, including adolescents (ages 14 and up), couples, and adults. Most of my experience is working with college students as well as immigrants and refugees. I really enjoy working with clients struggling with attachment wounds, relationship anxiety, body image struggles, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. The way I approach therapy is through an attachment theory and psychodynamic lens. I also pull from modalities such as Internal Family Systems Therapy, Feminist Perspective, and Multicultural Therapy. I am also a firm believer that the therapeutic relationship is the most important piece for progress and healing. When I am not a therapist, I enjoy reading thrillers, philosophy books, scrolling through TikTok, and exploring local businesses. I also adore animals and have a dog named Chestnut.
