Hello and welcome! I look forward to meeting you and supporting you throughout your healing journey.
I enjoy working with a broad range of ages and mental health concerns. Some of my favorite presenting concerns to work with include adults working through childhood trauma, neurodiversity in teens and adults, and grief/loss.
I prefer to tailor my therapeutic approach to each client’s individual needs. I generally use a relational and psychodynamic approach to help clients build insight into how their past experiences impact their current functioning and beliefs, and then use the therapeutic relationship as a healing experience.
I recently graduated from the UW-Stout Clinical Mental Health Counseling master’s program. I completed an internship as a school-based mental health counselor working with K-12 students in a rural setting. I also completed an internship as a mental health counselor at a free clinic, where I provided mental health counseling to adults who would otherwise be unable to access services.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading a good book, going for walks with my dogs, and relaxing with my comfort shows.
