Being human in our world can feel both beautiful and challenging. What you’re navigating may feel difficult or heavy at times, but you don’t have to carry the weight of it alone. I believe that therapy can be a powerful tool for healing, and my hope as a therapist is to provide a space where you feel safe to share, heal and grow. My work as a therapist is rooted in trauma-focused and attachment-based frameworks, mindfulness, and somatics (utilizing the physical body). I work with clients of all ages and enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults and families.
I have supported clients in navigating neurodivergence, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, chronic health issues, perfectionism, life transitions, and relational challenges. I have a particular interest women’s health, peripartum mental health, LGBTQIA+ and neuro-affirming care. In addition to my work as a therapist, I am a yoga teacher and enjoy movement in it’s many forms. I also love music, theatre, baking, and traveling. I’d love to get to know you and to hold space for you wherever you are in your healing journey.
