I believe we all have the potential to discover our power and strengths within ourselves if only we are brave. In therapy, I will support you in better understanding yourself and feeling empowered to make changes that will improve your quality of life by providing a safe and secure space where you feel heard. I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy techniques, Motivational interviewing, Relational Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I have experience working with anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, anger, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder. I work with individuals ages 6 and older across diverse and intersectional identities. I am passionate about mental health and look forward to helping you walk through this journey!
