Choosing to start therapy takes courage and vulnerability, so I’m proud of you for taking that first step. My approach to therapy is anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and client-centered. I value authenticity, empathy, warmth, and humor in the therapeutic process. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, so I’m just as committed to learning and growing alongside you. I’m passionate about working with teens and young adults who are navigating life transitions, gender and sexual identity exploration, anxiety, depression, chronic pain or illness, and neurodivergence. I’m excited for you to start your healing journey and I would be honored to be a part of it.
