Welcome! I am glad you are here! I provide individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families. I also provide supervision for therapists seeking licensure as well as practicum therapists. My approach to therapy and supervision is relational, strengths-based, and utilizes warmth and authenticity. I believe strongly in the therapeutic alliance as a change agent for whatever life brings. I strive to provide a comfortable space where individuals feel seen and heard.
