My name is Caleb Anderson. I use He/Him pronouns. My personal philosophy is to meet people wherever they are in their journey to mental health. I use a person-centered approach to help create a safe environment that provides a sense of autonomy for clients.
I work with adults 18+ for individual psychotherapy. I use a variety of clinical approaches to help meet people where they are at. These approaches include internal family systems, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. My specialties include trauma, anxiety disorders, grief/loss, adoption-related issues, cultural identity/racial issues, life transitions, and depressive disorders.
My goal as your therapist is to create an emotionally safe environment and build a sense of trust between one another. Therapy requires you to be vulnerable and courageous. I strive to provide a safe space for you to grow at your own pace and embrace curiosity to encourage you to achieve your goals.
