Are you personally struggling with mental health challenges, support someone with mental health challenges, or feel you can benefit from support to manage stressors and/or relationships? I believe you have the power to make dynamic changes in your life. I am passionate about connecting with people and forming relationships as a catalyst to change. I believe in creating a safe space where you feel heard, validated, and empowered by leading with curiosity and exploring strengths and new understanding.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families using a client-centered, relationship-based, systemic approach to therapy that is adapted to meet the needs of each client to help progress towards goals. My experience includes providing therapy focused on supporting individuals and families impacted by autism, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health concerns and co-occurring conditions. I welcome and value working with people of all backgrounds.
I completed my Master’s Degree at Argosy University and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Minnesota. I am also a board approved supervisor for prospective LMFT’s and LPCC’s working towards licensure. During my time outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, participating in extracurricular sports, keeping physically active, and watching my favorite shows.
