Welcome! Therapy is a space to use in the best way you see fit for your journey. Whether you need supportiveness, a peaceful place of reflection, or a way to challenge yourself; maybe a little of it all. I would like us to work together to help you achieve your personal goals both in and outside of the therapy room. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families; and work with a variety of ages, from teens to late adulthood. I use several methods such as CBT, DBT, strengths-based therapy, systems theory, motivational interviewing, and existential and spirituality inclusive therapy.
