HI! I’m so happy you’re here. I understand how hard it is to find individualized support for personal growth and healing. My goal is to create a non-judgmental, comfortable, and empathetic space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I warmly welcome and am committed to providing a safe and supportive space for all of my clients. I embrace and celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community, culturally diverse individuals, and people of all racial and ethnic backgrounds. My practice is founded on respect, acceptance, and cultural humility, ensuring everyone receives compassionate and personalized care that is tailored to their unique experiences and identities.

I earned both my Bachelor and Master of Social Work from Minnesota State University, Mankato. During my studies, I completed practicum experiences at the Forensic Mental Health Program in the St. Peter Regional Treatment Center, and in the Partial Hospitalization Program at Prairie Care in Mankato where I also worked as Intake Coordinator. These experiences shaped my understanding and approach to therapy, allowing me to provide effective and compassionate care to my clients and their families.

My approach is rooted in person-centered and systems perspectives. By considering all factors influencing my clients’ lives, I work to provide individually tailored, holistic care, while integrating evidence-based techniques. I particularly enjoy assisting young adults/teens through transitions, helping to reframe goals, identify struggles, and navigate mental health concerns. Additionally, I have a passion for helping children (ages 6-10) facing anxiety, depression, and trauma. By building a therapeutic partnership we will focus on addressing your mental health concerns while honoring your unique individuality. Thank you for considering me!
