Life doesn’t always go the way we hope, and it can sometimes feel isolating, lonely, and incredibly difficult. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space to process and work through the moments with which you struggle.
I believe therapy requires compassion, empathy, and a collaborative relationship, as well as examining one’s strengths and their environment. It’s important to me to match the individual to a treatment that works best for them, so I value feedback and honest discussion, especially when things do not seem to be working.
I have extensive experience with children and teens, especially those from underserved populations, who have struggled with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, ADHD, traumatic stress, and more. I currently work with children, teens, and adults, and I have a special interest in working with people pleasers, those within the LGBTQIA+ community, those going through major life changes, avoidant and anxious attachment styles, low self-esteem, and anxiety disorders.
When I’m not doing therapy, I enjoy playing video and board games as well as playing dungeons and dragons. Creative outlets are important to me for expression of self.
