Hi, I’m so happy you’re here! My goal within therapy is to help you explore and promote the best version of you. I do this by creating a collaborative, safe, and inclusive environment for clients to explore all parts of their wellbeing. I consider my work to be focused on mindfulness based and trauma-informed approaches. I use techniques consistent with person-centered therapy, pulling from cognitive and dialectical behavior therapies and narrative therapy techniques. I have experience working with adults with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I’m especially interested in working with clients who experience chronic pain or illness, sports psychology and athletes, and women’s issues.
Outside of the therapy space, I enjoy reading, going on walks, and spending time with my family and friends. I look forward to working with you on your wellness journey!
