Do you feel hurt, stressed, or stuck in your life and/or relationships? Do you struggle with your own mental health or struggle to support someone who has difficulties with their mental health? I am here to listen and provide a safe space for you to talk things out. I am here to provide empathy, hope, encouragement, perspective, support, and strength. I want to help you heal, feel more fulfilled in your life and relationships, and become more successful; I want to help you live your life well. I take a client-centered approach when I provide therapy. I collaborate with clients to help them identify their strengths, resources, and opportunities for growth and healing. I want to help clients integrate the mind, body and soul in a journey toward personal wholeness. I use family systems theory to guide my work, which helps me to recognize patterns and understand how people relate to each other and society. I provide trauma-informed therapy utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I work with adults who need support for ADHD, anxiety, autism, depression, grief, family systems issues, LGBTQIA community issues, life transitions, relationship issues, and/or trauma. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I like fine art, art history, photography, and to travel. I enjoy reading, listening to audio books and podcasts, and watching a wide range of movies and television shows. Please reach out to me if I can be of support to you.
