I am a person-centered therapist who believes in the potential in each individual. I have worked with individuals from highly varied backgrounds and work to help them discover their growth opportunities. I have experience teaching, training, and providing therapy for individuals of all ages. I help largely through helping people find their motivation, self-worth, and potential in order to solve issues ranging from past traumas to current dilemmas.
I use techniques such as CBT, Adlerian Psychology, Motivational Interviewing, and more. My experience has involved individuals struggling with severe mental illness, trauma, substance use/alcohol use disorders, PTSD, domestic violence, parenting skills, and more. In parenting, I am experienced in working with typically developing children as well as those with developmental/intellectual delays or neurodivergence.
