I’m currently a Clinical Therapist Intern, and I’d like to welcome you to a space where growth, healing, and honest connection are encouraged. I work with individuals who may be navigating life transitions, identity exploration, anxiety, depression, or trauma. I approach therapy through a client-centered lens, informed by CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, strengths-based practices, and motivational interviewing. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering a safe space to feel seen, supported, and empowered, where your story matters and your voice leads the way.
Outside the therapy room, I find joy in movement and adventure, whether I’m catching a game, hiking in nature, or diving into a good book. I believe the path to healing is just as meaningful as the destination. Let’s take that first step together
