I am deeply passionate about walking alongside people—from children as young as six to adults in mid-life—as they navigate life’s challenges, discover what inspires them, and connect with their most authentic selves. My therapeutic approach incorporates mindfulness and nature-based practices, along with reality and solution-focused therapies, to gently guide and support your healing and growth. I believe that meaningful change begins in a space where you feel safe, seen, and heard so you can explore all parts of your story without fear or judgment.
Before becoming a therapist, I have had the privilege of working over a decade in the corporate world, as well as a school counselor, and supporting families in a domestic violence shelter. These experiences help me understand and appreciate the many different paths people walk, and the strength it takes to seek support.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling (especially to any place with water) and doing craft, woodworking and home DIY projects.
I’m truly honored to do this work and look forward to building meaningful connections with those who are ready to take that next step toward healing, clarity, self-discovery and growth.
