Hi, I’m Emma! I’m passionate about creating a warm, safe and personalized space where people feel supported in sharing their stories and exploring what matters most to them. I work with adults, teens, and couples who would like to address ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-care, and self-confidence. My goal is to help you develop the confidence and skills you need to thrive. My approach is collaborative and client-centered—I believe you’re the expert on your own life. Together, I’ll assist in helping you understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and find balance in a way that feels right for you. I draw from Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Family Therapy to meet you where you’re at and help you move toward meaningful change.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University in New York, and earned my Master’s of Social Work from University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work. In my role as a case manager and school‐based mental health therapist, I’ve seen firsthand how human relationships, dignity, and genuine collaboration make the difference. These roles deepened my belief in the power of connection and the importance of honoring each person’s dignity and story.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my friends and family, trying new restaurants, traveling, and binging a new true crime show with my pug, Pickles.
I’m excited to work with you!
