Hey there! I am glad you are here, and am proud of you for taking the first steps to becoming the best version of yourself. Life can be challenging at times and therapy is a great tool to navigate it. I believe that when it comes to therapy, the client is the expert. Nobody knows your life circumstances better than yourself, and my job is to help you succeed. I hope that I can be used as a tool and stepping stone to help you accomplish your goals, understand yourself, and reach your fullest potential. I love working with children, teens, adults, and couples in a wide range of areas including depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, family dynamics and trauma. I enjoy incorporating Dialectical behavioral, Cognitive behavioral, Cognitive Re-processing, Acceptance and Commitment and Mindfulness based practice into therapy. I believe that we are never truly done growing, understanding parts of ourselves, and exploring different aspects of our identity in the world around us. You can always count on me to be supportive, empathetic, and encouraging as you make strides in your personal growth journey!
I completed my Bachelors at The University of St. Thomas with a degree in Psychology and Family Studies. I also completed my graduate program at St. Thomas, with a Masters in Clinical Counseling.
In my free time I love to volunteer with my Golden Retriever as we are a registered Therapy Animal Team! I also enjoy being in nature, whether it be going on long hikes, snowboarding or biking!
