My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe that healing and growth happen through connection—within ourselves and in our relationships. I work with individuals, couples, and families to explore the patterns that shape their lives, with a strong emphasis on communication, emotional connection, and relational dynamics.
Whether you’re new to therapy or returning, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where your unique needs, goals, and experiences guide the process. I tailor my approach to each client, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. These frameworks help support emotional regulation, cognitive awareness, and the re-authoring of personal and relational narratives.
I have experience working with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, life transitions, grief, and relational challenges. My goal is to support the you in building stronger, more fulfilling relationships—with others and the self.
