I’m Trevor Flick (he/him), a current clinical psychology doctoral student. I’m passionate about supporting individuals on their journey towards mental health and personal growth, with a particular interest in helping young adults navigate the challenges of high school, college life, and early adulthood. My clinical interests center around working with adults, especially young men, and individuals dealing with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I believe in tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs, integrating their personal beliefs and experiences into the treatment process. This personalized approach allows us to work together effectively towards your goals.
In my practice, I draw from evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). These approaches provide a solid foundation for addressing a wide range of mental health concerns and fostering lasting positive change. I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. My aim is to help you develop practical skills and insights that you can apply in your daily life to improve your mental well-being and achieve your personal goals.
When I’m not in the office, you can find me engaging in some of my favorite hobbies, including gaming, working out, and playing guitar.
