There can be times life is easy. There are also times life is difficult. At times the best we can do is refrain from making it more difficult. And then there are times when we can find ways to make life a little better each day. Whether we make life more difficult or a little bit better each day, it adds up until life is a lot better or a lot worse. My goal is to help you stop making life more difficult and start making life a little better. I use a client-centered approach informed by somatic psychology, CBT, motivational interviewing, rational emotive behavior therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, narrative exposure therapy, and trauma informed therapy to name a few. I work with youth, adolescents, and adults. As we progress through life, if we allow them the ups and downs all contribute to the process of becoming more capable and more successful in what we do, in our relationships, and in our satisfaction. Through whichever modality best suites you, I can help you make the most of what you are going through right now. Congratulations on taking a step towards becoming more you. Please let me know if I can assist you.
