“Don’t wait. The time will never be just right.” – Napoleon Hill
If you have been questioning whether now is the right time to start therapy or whether or not therapy is for you. Take the leap. You deserve to find what is waiting for you.
I take an individualized therapeutic approach when working with each client. When working with children, I utilize play therapy and their inner creativity to help foster healthy ways of expressing and processing difficult emotions that arise in tiny humans. I use a person-centered approach to therapy, informed by CBT, trauma-informed therapy, DBT, solution-focused brief therapy, internal family systems therapy, and motivational interviewing. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, substance use, life transitions, trauma, and relationship difficulties. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey to whole human healing.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, taking trips to visit our family and friends, and going on walks with my Toy Australian Shepherd. I also enjoy watching reality TV, cheering on the Minnesota Twins, and a good cup of coffee.
