I believe in the growth that people can experience when they are given the time to self-reflect and be intentional in their life with support from professional staff such as myself. No matter what you are experiencing, I believe that anyone can benefit from having an empathetic, third-party person who is dedicated to you and your well-being. Everyone is unique with what they need and because of that I approach therapy with a person-centered approach that is informed with acceptance and commitment therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I believe in getting to the root of the issue instead of only addressing the symptoms. I work with adolescents and adults of all ages. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and understand that who you are is just as important as what makes you you. I love to find out what is important to someone and to hear about their passions and what drives them.
