A little therapy humor for you: “How many psychotherapists does it take to change a light bulb? None, the light bulb will change itself when it’s ready.”
Every chapter in your story matters and therapy can be a great way to explore the parts of our stories that we would rather ignore and skip over. It would be an honor to journey with you through that process. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space for all of my clients and offer a client-centered approach to therapy, and seek to offer trauma-informed and culturally respectful services. I have experience working with people who have anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, communication issues, autism and grief. If you are experiencing something not on that list or have questions feel free to reach out! In my free time, I love being outdoors, experimenting with fermentation (sourdough and kombucha anyone?), reading, and volunteering at my church.
