Hello and welcome! I look forward to meeting you and supporting you throughout your healing journey. I enjoy working with a broad range of ages and mental health concerns. I prefer to tailor my therapeutic approach to each client’s individual needs. I generally use the therapeutic relationship as a healing experience, and help clients build insight so they can feel empowered to make changes that fit with their goals. I recently graduated from the UW-Stout Clinical Mental Health Counseling master’s program. I completed an internship as a school-based mental health counselor working with K-12 students in a rural setting. I also completed an internship as a mental health counselor at a free clinic, where I provided mental health counseling to adults who would otherwise be unable to access services. Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading a good book, going for walks with my dogs, and relaxing with my comfort shows (currently rewatching Supernatural!).
